THE BOUNTIFUL FARMS STORY

Hello and thank you for visiting our website.  We are the Gentry family.  This is our short story. 

 

After meeting in culinary school Gareth and Jessica married and moved to south Florida where we worked as chefs. After years in the industry, our vision evolved. We saw the benefits of, and wanted to prepare food with the freshest, cleanest, healthiest ingredients. 

 

Our love for clean, healthy food had to begin with a farm. If we were to open a restaurant, we had to serve only the freshest and most delicious items. What better way to ensure freshness and quality than by growing the food ourselves?

 

In 2009, we broke ground and began building... with newborn twins in tow! After nearly a decade of learning, failures (and successes), trials, tribulations, and enduring mother nature's wrath, the bistro was opened in the Fall of 2018. 

Starting in Fall of 2019, we began to offer a variety of flowers for customers to choose from, to complement our vegetable selection. Fresh cut and potted flowers are the first step.

 

We give all credit to God and offer deep thanks to those that stuck by us through the ups and downs - family, friends and loyal patrons.
